Two weeks of craft beer, live music, and delicious food?

We’ll raise a glass to that!

Get ready to kick back and soak in the vibes because Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week (VNSCBW) is rolling out the barrels for another two weeks of laid-back celebration, showcasing the incredible craft breweries that call the North Shore home. Running from November 1st to November 15th, the annual event will feature a rotating schedule of daily happenings, from limited beer releases and 90s-themed nights to axe-throwing competitions across the 14 participating breweries, distilleries, and cideries.

The festivities will culminate on November 15th with an all-out bash at The Pipe Shop. “This year’s Craft Beer Week Wrap-up party will offer incredible live music, a variety of games, awesome food trucks, and, of course, the North Shore’s finest beers, ciders, and spirits flowing throughout the event,” says Jennifer Belak, Executive Director of the Vancouver North Shore Tourism Association.

With so much to enjoy during Craft Beer Week — not to mention the North Shore’s museums, mountains, and more — we’ve teamed up with the Vancouver North Shore Tourism Association to give one lucky winner a chance to experience it all.

The North Shore Experience grand prize includes:

• 1 Gift card to Capilano Mall ($20)

• 2 Admission tickets to MONOVA ($30)

• 2 Adults/2 kids admission ticket to Maplewood Farm ($40)

• 1 Gift card to Polygon Gallery ($25)

• 2 Admission tickets to Grouse Mountain ($160)

• 1 Brewery gift card to use at any craft brewery on the North Shore ($50)

• One-night Hotel Stay at The Seaside Hotel Vancouver (450.00)

• VNSTA merchandise gift bag ($175)

Total Value: $1,000

Since you’re coming to the North Shore, you might need your passport – your Ale Trail Passport that is.

Returning in tandem for the entire month of November is the Vancouver North Shore Tourism Association’s B.C. Ale Trail Passport collaboration. As part of the Craft Beer Week fun, locals and visitors can pick up a physical passport at any of the participating breweries, distilleries, cideries, or hotels. Collect six stamps, and you’ll score a free beer glass at the brewery of your choosing. With the theme of travel in mind, The VNSCBW is also rolling out new Sip & Stay packages, which include complimentary souvenirs and a $25 food and beverage credit at North Shore breweries when you book with participating hotels.

And if you're wondering what to sip on during your stay, we’ve got you covered. “There are so many amazing beers brewed on Vancouver’s North Shore,” says Belak, “but one of my favorites is the ‘Salted Lime’ from La Cerveceria Astilleros.”

As the birthplace of craft beer in Canada, the North Shore is synonymous with raising a glass. So, gather your friends, mark your calendars, and get ready for two weeks of relaxed revelry at Craft Beer Week on Vancouver’s North Shore.
