The Japanese city of Chiba and the City of North Vancouver celebrated the 50th anniversary of their sister city relationship at Chiba Gardens in Waterfront Park on Aug. 11.
The celebration included a traditional Mikoshi Shrine performance, a display of taiko drumming and tour of the gardens for guests and representatives from the city of Chiba.
