During the nightly 7 p.m. health-care worker salute Friday night, staff at the Lynn Valley Care Centre took to the top floor balcony of the long-term care facility to in turn show their appreciation for the ongoing community support they and other health-care workers have been receiving after 44 days on the job.
Lynn Valley Care Centre in North Vancouver has been one of the hardest hit long-term care centres in B.C. when it comes to cases of novel coronavirus that have infected both staff and residents.
