One of the five seniors' care homes on the North Shore where a case of COVID-19 was previously reported has now been given the all clear by health authorities.
Inglewood Care Centre in West Vancouver is no longer considered to have an outbreak of the virus.
The care centre previously had one staff member – although no residents – who had tested positive for coronavirus.
Care facilities are required to clear 28 days with no new cases before their outbreak is considered over.
Hollyburn House in West Vancouver, where two cases had been reported, is still waiting for that time period to be over.
Other long-term care facilities where there are still COVID-19 outbreaks include Lynn Valley Care Centre, Berkley Care Centre and Amica Edgemont Village retirement home.
