Former MasterChef Canada contestant Barrie McConachie and Top Chef Canada alum Trevor Bird, executive chef/owner of Fable Restaurant/Fable Diner, recently held a cooking class for Ambrosia Aventures in Cooking in West Vancouver.
On the menu was Slow-Cooked Halibut, Roasted Pistachio Crusted Lamb Shoulder, Grilled Parmesan Asparagus, Smashed Potatoes and Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta.
