B.C.-based ThoughtExchange (Fulcrum Management Solutions Ltd.) has appointed a new CEO.
George Psiharis succeeds co-founder Dave MacLeod, who will now serve as president and chief product officer, according to a Tuesday announcement.
Founded in 2009, the Rossland, B.C., tech company employs more than 100 workers and provides a platform to crowdsource ideas from groups of people ranging from 10 to 100,000.
Some of the company’s biggest clients in the past have included American Airlines Inc. (Nasdaq:AAL) and McDonald's Corp. (NYSE:MCD)
Previous CEO Dave MacLeod said in a statement he was originally looking for a president and chief operating officer, but decided Psiharis was the right person to lead as CEO.
Psiharis previously served as COO of Clio (Themis Solutions Inc.), a Vancouver-based legal software company. He was also COO of AlayaCare, a home-care software company based in Montreal.
