North Vancouver’s Lynn Creek was already seeing huge changes, with the Seylynn Village masterplan underway and Intergulf’s planned high-rises in the pipe.

And local residents are now giving their feedback on a new set of towers proposed for the neighbourhood, on the site of the North Shore Winter Club facilities.

Developer Darwin Properties is proposing a large-scale residential development of three towers, one 26 storeys, one 29 storeys and one 32 storeys, as well as three six-storey buildings, designed by architectural firm Perkins + Will.

Darwin’s project presentation does not specify how many residential units would be included, but says that there would be “a range of housing options to meet the growth needs of the DNV [District of North Vancouver].”

The North Shore Winter Club’s members have already voted to give up the land in exchange for a new club location off Dollarton Highway. However, both projects must still get the approval of the District of North Vancouver.
