The purpose of the proposed Bylaws is to rezone the subject properties from a One-Unit Residential 1 Zone (RS-1) to a One-Unit Residential 2 Zone (RS-2) to permit the subdivision of the properties into two lots, and the construction of a single family dwelling on each lot.
