Purpose: The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to rezone the subject property from a Medium Density Apartment Residential 1 (RM-1) Zone to a new Comprehensive Development 765 (CD- 765) Zone, to permit the development of a six (6) storey rental residential building consisting of 91 units, nine of which would be mid-market rental units.
