The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to rezone the subject property from a Central Lonsdale Mixed Use B (C-1B) Zone to a Comprehensive Development 760 (CD-760) Zone to permit the development of a 21-storey, residential (164 strata units) and commercial (retail and office) mixed-use building.
