Dear Editor: Kudos to the North Shore News for supporting the Bentley family in their brave fight with the Fraser Health Authority to uphold Margaret's wish to die with dignity. One can understand a
hospital or care facility making an effort to extend life where there is a reasonable chance of recovery, but a line should be drawn when there is a clearly stated written wish that one's life is not to be extended in certain cases. As Sue Rodriguez stated so succinctly some 20 years ago: "Who owns my life?"
