The smell of mini doughnuts and screams of roller-coaster riders wafting through East Van. It’s that time of year again – the PNE is in full swing.
The fair is an annual tradition for many North Shore residents who make the drive over the bridge to get their cotton candy fix or taste of 1980s nostalgia during the summer night concerts.
