Dear Editor:
I would question the decision-making ability of a West Vancouver council member who was quoted in Large Homes Vex WV Council (Feb. 22) as saying people could not get off a deck onto the ground without jumping or using a rope ladder if the deck had no staircase down. As the house in question appears to have a door leading from said deck to the interior of the house, exactly what is the problem?
