Dear Editor:
Tiddly Covians like writer Trevor Lautens, while living in the wealthiest enclave in Canada, decry tax increases (I believe there has not been a property tax increase in West Vancouver for six or seven years) then complain when there are service cuts.
There is a word for this that starts with an "h."
If Lautens wants deluxe refuse removal, all he needs to do is move to the District of North Vancouver, but he'll have to pay through the nose for the service.
