Dear Editor:
August 12 at Chris Zuehlke Memorial Park I saw the best ball game I've ever seen. It's too bad only one team can win, and this time it wasn't us, but everyone on the North Shore should be proud of our Mount Seymour Little League All-Stars, who hosted the tournament.
Congrats and thanks to coach Pete Matthews and his staff and all the players for the way they played. Great effort, guys; I'm wearing my Mount Seymour ball cap with pride today.
And sincere good luck to Langley, who went on to represent Canada in the World Series.
