Dear Editor:
I can’t believe they spent $32 million dollars on an upgrade at Phibbs Exchange and do not even provide public bathrooms.
They now say they are going to put a coffee shop in the exchange but no public bathrooms.
This is a disgrace to know our tax money paid for this and they can’t provide public facilities. Seriously??
This is so wrong. Why would they not provide public bathrooms with a coffee shop?
This makes no sense at all.
