Dear Editor:
I moved to the Caulfeild area in 1967 and still live here today. I am in full support of this development and the trade-off for parkland to the west.
Hopefully, this village will attract business from across the British Properties relieving the strain on services and parking in Ambleside and Dundarave.
We need to continue growing the tax base with commercial and residential development to contribute to the cost of maintaining older infrastructure.
