Dear Editor:
Hats off to the B.C. government and Cycling BC for funding new bike lanes in North Vancouver. I cycle back and forth between North and West Vancouver frequently. Separating cyclists and traffic, even by a thin white line, is just plain smart. It saves lives, money and grief, and it makes cycling easier, which improves mood, decreases risk of addiction and decreases chronic health costs. Hats off, helmets on.
