Dear Editor:
I am absolutely disgusted and outraged by the story on the front page of the North Shore News dated Aug. 17 (Cat Kicked to Death in North Vancouver).
First of all, I would like to say how deeply sorry I am to the family of this cat. This is a cowardly act committed by a low-life bully.
Who in their right mind kicks an innocent animal -- never mind kicking it to death? Who feels they have to prey on the weakest of creatures to get their satisfaction?
To the perpetrator, not that you care, but you should be ashamed and disgusted with yourself. Perhaps some therapy should be in your future.
The laws for animal cruelty need to be changed in this country; enough is enough.
Personally, I think it should be done to them. There is no room for people like this to walk among us.
