Do you live in the district? Yes

For how long have you lived in the district?  13 years

Non-incumbents: List municipal committee and/or civic group experience:   Former DNV Representative and Past Chair, Port of Vancouver - North Shore Community Liaison Committee (2014-2018), Agency Speaker - United Way of the Lower Mainland

What are your priorities if elected? Protecting existing rental housing, working with TransLink to improve NS transit service, implementing the OCP to develop a cluster of sustainable village and town centers.

How would you address the district’s transportation needs? A dependable transportation network is critical for the economic sustainability of the NS. A network that meets the needs of all users groups (motorists, cyclists and pedestrians) is key to an inclusive transportation plan. A major focus will be establishing express bus service, connecting the NS to the SkyTrain network.

Are you open to amalgamating with the City of North Vancouver? Yes, amalgamation will better serve the economic interests of CNV/DNV residents and the business community. The duplication of services and expense cannot be justified.

Do you support the planned Maplewood Innovation District? Yes. The MID will create a sustainable community providing affordable housing options for middle-income earners wanting to work and raise families on the NS.
