What are your priorities if elected? Protecting the environment & protecting our existing community and small businesses from further displacement. Transparency...putting the power back in the hands of the community.
How would you address the district’s transportation needs? INSTPP is a start and I support continued collaborative efforts with all stakeholders. Employee shuttles and improved access to transit for employees commuting here. I support protected bike lanes and community car shares. It's reckless to keep building for cars in the hope that people will hop on their e-bikes.
Are you open to amalgamating with the City of North Vancouver? Yep.
Do you support the planned Maplewood Innovation District? No. I have serious concerns over the transparency of this entire process and feel strongly about protecting the environment and listening to our community.
