Is the city managing growth appropriately? No, it’s not! The working people have not been benefiting from the "growth". The housing has become unaffordable to them. Transportation infrastructures & means (rapid transit, buses, bridges, and private passenger services) have not been increased. A city is for the people who live & work in the city.
Are you open to amalgamating with the District of North Vancouver? No!The two municipalities have (a) different amount of funds in their accounts, and (b) economically different residents. There's Nothing wrong with existing division
Should the city facilitate affordable housing and if so, how? Yes, definitely!
1. 35% of all new homes property of CNV.
