Non-incumbents: list municipal committee and/or civic group experience: Volunteered for Coho Festival, Harmony Arts Festival and worked for the North Shore News as a paper boy growing up for 6 years.
Is the present council effectively managing growth in the municipality? No, West Van has become so crowded on Marine Drive its almost impossible to drive through Park Royal.
Should West Vancouver take steps to curb vacant homes, housing speculation and/or foreign ownership and if so, how? Yes! People who don't respect the community and use it to only benefit themselves should be penalized for the problems it causes the municipality.
What is your vision for the Ambleside waterfront? No highrises and low level condos just like Evelyn Drive and the new condos right above the new Earls on Amblside. No more crowded streets because more people mean more traffic and that's something we can't afford to have more of.
What are your priorities if elected? Lower taxes! Lower government reliance on union labour. And finally to fix the traffic on Marine by pushing for a four-lane Lions Gate Bridge!
