Is the city managing growth appropriately? Lonsdale, Main public transit to downtown is where the growth should be. Waterfront, City Cente(13th/14th) and upper Lonsdale Harry Jerome. Including all forms of housing
Are you open to amalgamating with the District of North Vancouver? Amalgamation/Unification is fine as long as reports show fair to both District/City residents. We have many shared services now, need to continue on this path
Should the city facilitate affordable housing and if so, how? City does facilitate affordable housing with the 10% units 10% below market in perpetuity. City allows secondary suites, duplex with suites,small lots and coach houses.
