Is the present council effectively managing growth in the municipality? What growth we have been on a decline for few years.now. High price of land, need to provide alternative housing choice. Build below market housing on district leased land. Speculation fosters higher costs. Neighbourhood character issues yet to be dealt with.
Should West Vancouver take steps to curb vacant homes, housing speculation and/or foreign ownership and if so, how? We asked the B.C. government for additional tax category to perhaps tax empty homes. They have not responded we will keep ttying
What is your vision for the Ambleside waterfront? I like the open soft edge beach with relaxling places to view the water. I would not like to see large buildings and look forward to additional restrooms. No place like it !
What are your priorities if elected? I have many question about House diversity density and infrastructure, traffic cogestion taxation. and local area planning for Ambleside
