North Shore teams carved out several podium places at the B.C. School Sports ski and snowboard provincial championships held recently at Sun Peaks Resort.
Collingwood scored one of the big prizes of the weekend with their boys and girls ski teams combining to win the overall team banner. The Cavaliers also won silver in the girls team ski competition.
In one-plank racing Sentinel finished second overall for combined girls and boys team snowboarding, while the Seycove boys finished third in snowboarding.
Two individual racers also hit the podium, with Carson Graham’s Griffin Brumec-Parsons earning silver in boys skiing and Collingwood’s Addie Tiller claiming bronze in girls skiing.
