North Vancouver RCMP say one person has been taken into custody after an "unfolding police incident" happened in the Deep Cove neighbourhood Saturday afternoon.
The local police detachment made the post on X just before 6 p.m. Saturday, and say the incident has "concluded safely."
There are not many details available online. Non-emergency crew said to refer to the North Vancouver RCMP's social media pages for updates.

North Vancouver RCMP are asking the public to avoid a part of the Deep Cove neighbourhood as they respond to an "unfolding police incident."
Police posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, Saturday just before 3 p.m. saying they are responding to an incident in the 4600 block of Eastridge Road. Heavy police presence will remain in the area for the time being, RCMP said in the post.
