A Salvation Army Thrift Store in North Vancouver received a donation with an item in its pocket that they believe the owner would want back in their possession.
North Vancouver RCMP are asking the owner to come forward if they wish to retrieve the item that was left inside the jacket. Details of the item will not be released and the person who comes forward is asked to describe it in order to claim it.
The jacket is tan coloured, size XL without any labels inside. Sgt. Peter DeVries, spokesman for the North Vancouver RCMP, said that the jacket was handed in a couple of weeks ago.
In a release posted to the North Van RCMP’s website, DeVries writes that the jacket has a story and would like to be reacquainted with its rightful owner.
