Ten, eleven and twelve-year-olds designed and built Soapbox Racers as of part of a United Way funded, Parkgate Community Centre Program sponsored by the Lions International. Participants were treated to an official race set up on Carnation Street next to Seymour Heights Elementary School in North Van to cap off the program.Cindy Goodman
