Snow way! Vancouver forecast calls for chance of flurries this week

Spring is only a couple of weeks away, but Environment Canada calls for the chance of flurries and subzero temperatures in Vancouver this weekend. 

While you'll want to keep your shades handy for the next few days, you might have to break out your gloves this weekend.

Starting Tuesday, March 9, however, the forecast calls for a very slight chance of rain this afternoon. Other than that, Tuesday is expected to be sunny with only some cloudiness a mild high of 12°C. However, temperatures are expected to dip down to -1°C overnight. 

Wednesday is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud and a double-digit high of 10°C during the day, with a low of 1°C overnight. Thursday's forecast calls for bright sunshine and a high of 9°C, while Friday is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 10°C.

To kick the weekend off, Saturday is expected to see a high of 10°C during the day with a 60 per cent chance of showers. Following this, however, Sunday's forecast calls for a 60 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries all day long. Temperatures are also expected to dip down to -1°C overnight.
