Pro gas north shore

Pro Gas North Shore might be a small heating, air conditioning and gas-fitting service company, but they're a major player when it comes to providing quality products at competitive prices and superior customer service.

"Being small doesn't mean you can't win against larger players if you do a better job giving your customers what they want," says Pro Gas North Shore founder and president Kam Filsoofi. "Customers want to remember how a company made them feel."

To that end, credit Pro Gas North Shore's Better Business Bureau "A+" rating for excellence in customer service. "We've been very pleased with the community for supporting us and trusting us to provide the best service possible," says Kam.

Kam is passionate about his commitment to his customers, employees and his company, and his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is a proud testament to that fact. "The most important thing for me is making sure my clients and employees are safe and happy," he says. "Safety is a very important part of the job for us. It's the first thing on the mind of both myself and my clients."

Pro Gas North Shore handles residential and commercial calls Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but also features service technicians on call 24 hours a day - especially during the winter heating season, from late-August through March.

Kam and his technicians will make calls in the Greater Vancouver area, but he prefers to keep his focus fixed firmly on homes and businesses north of downtown.

"You don't want to spread yourself too thin," Kam says. "We could get more business if we went all over the Lower Mainland but our local clients wouldn't be happy. I'd rather have established, satisfied clients on the North Shore, even if that means less clients overall."
