Living Life to the Full: A course developed to help individuals living with depression and anxiety will take place Oct. 9-Nov. 27, 6-7: 30 p.m. at the Canadian Mental Health Association, 211-260 West Esplanade, North Vancouver. North Shore Homeless Connect: A number of free services will be offered to the homeless Wednesday, Oct. 10, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at The Salvation Army, 105 West 12th St., North Vancouver. There will be a health clinic, foot care, immunizations, clothing vouchers, hygiene kits, hair cuts, employment programs, eye exams, clothing, income assistance and much more.
