Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes: The Arts Club Theatre Company announces its spring 2012 lineup of classes running until July 18. These intimate four-course dinners will be held at private residences throughout Vancouver and give guests the opportunity to discover the latest trends in food and wine. The three-hour interactive classes demonstrate professional techniques. All classes start at 6 p.m. Schedule: June 26, Anthony Sedlak and July 18, Tom Lee. Guest Chef Dinner: Author, chef and restaurateur Cindy Pawlcyn will launch her cookbook Cindy's Supper Club, Meals from Around the World to Share with Family and Friends Tuesday, June 26, 6 p.m. at CinCin Ristorante + Bar, 1154 Robson St., Vancouver. Guests will enjoy antipasti and wine followed by a three-course feast inspired by the pages of Pawlcyn's cookbook. Cost: $99, which includes a signed copy of the cookbook. Salt Cellar Series: Wines of Stoneboat Vineyards will be featured Tuesday, June 26, 7 p.m. at Salt Tasting Room, 45 Blood Alley, Vancouver. New releases will be paired with artisanal cheeses and local charcuterie. Tim and Jay Martiniuk, two members of the family that owns and operates Stoneboat Vineyards, will attend the event and share their insights into the new vintages.
