That's Amoré: Okanagan chef Ricardo Scebba will launch his first cookbook That's Amore: From Ricardo Scebba's Mediterranean Kitchen with recipe demonstrations Jan. 19 and 20, 3-5 p.m. at Save On Foods, 1250 Marine Dr., North Vancouver. The book is a collection of treasured recipes passed down over generations, interpretations of traditional favourites and menu items from his Okanagan restaurant.
