Schedule: Oct. 13, 2-4 p.m., Stephanie Yuen, cook book author East Meets West; Oct. 20, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Market taste tours and Oct. 27, 2 p.m., El Dorado Pies & Treats bakery demonstration. Edible Canada Market Dinner Series: Multi course seasonally inspired dinners prepared right in front of your eyes paired with select B.C. and Canadian wine, beer and spirits. Chef Vikram Vij of Vij's and Rangoli will be featured Tuesday, Oct. 16. Cost: $85. A whisky dinner with chef Eric Pateman and whisky expert Andrew Starritt of Cask Strength will be featured Saturday, Oct. 27. Cost: $125.
