Tween clothing store Sofiabella will host a Fall Fashion Event on Friday, Sept. 23, 7-9 p.m. at the boutique, 3068 Highland Blvd., North Vancouver. The event is in recognition of Sofiabella part-timer Aubrie Naab, a survivor of childhood leukemia and an honourary hero for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk in Stanley Park Oct. 15. The boutique will donate 10 per cent of the evening's sales towards Naab's fundraising efforts. North Vancouver's Asha Diaz will provide entertainment. Door prizes include floor tickets to the Selena Gomez concert at Rogers Arena in October.
Fall Into Fashion: Amica at West Vancouver, 659 Clyde Ave., will host a show of fashions from Marilyn's of Caulfeild on Friday, Sept. 23, 2: 30-4: 30 p.m. Fashions will be available for purchase, along with jewelry by Stella & Dot and Silpada Designs. Ten per cent of proceeds of sales will go to support Amica's Helping Hands community program, which supports less fortunate seniors. Fall Fashion Show: Park Royal Shopping Centre will host an evening of glamour and fashion, Tuesday, Sept. 27, featuring the hottest fall looks. Urban Rush's Michael Eckford will host this event with special guest Catherine Franklin, Chatelaine magazine's beauty and style editor.
