More than nine days since he was last seen, North Vancouver RCMP say there is still no sign of Vincent Che’s whereabouts.
The Lynn Valley resident was last seen leaving his home on April 2. Police, family members and friends have been scouring the area ever since.
On Wednesday, members of North Shore Rescue deployed a drone to portions of the Lynn Creek area not easily accessed on foot in hopes of spotting him.

“No sign of Mr. Che was found. We're still holding hope he'll be found,” the message from the RCMP posted to social media on Thursday read.
Che is described as a 60-year-old Asian man, standing five-foot-seven and weighing about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue vest, brown checkered shirt, jeans and bright neon green shoes.
Earlier in the week, police asked Lynn Valley residents to check their backyards and sheds.
Anyone who has seen Che or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
