“Mali Nialé” is from the Oumou Sangaré album, Mongoya, released on No Format, May 19, 2017, her first new material in eight years.



The Grammy Award winning Malian pioneer Sangaré will debut a new acoustic band, with guitar, ngoni and two backing vocalists in the U.K. at London’s new EartH venue on April 10 as part of the 15th birthday party for French independent label Nø Førmat. Her latest release, Mogoya (which translates as ‘People Today’), was her label debut for Nø Førmat.
