Say cheese! North Van's Loblaw City Market and Real Canadian Superstore staff helped set a world record on Saturday for most Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheels cracked simultaneously. More than 360 stores across Canada broke open a total of 1,008 wheels of cheese for the Guinness World Record title. Information from the stores notes it takes 11 steps to crack a 34-kilogram cheese wheel in the traditional style, and requires special cheese cracking knives and training. Photo supplied
