Capilano Grandmothers to Grandmothers — including Ros Jansen (left), Katie McIntosh, Sylvia Korteling, Linda Goodall, Hanneke Corbet, Vivian Bridger and Jeanette Froese — invite the public to a bridge luncheon and silent auction next Wednesday, Oct. 23, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 5750 Eagle Harbour Rd., West Vancouver. Proceeds will benefit the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which assists AIDS and HIV-related grassroots projects in Africa including the support of grandmothers caring for orphaned grandchildren.
