THE Okanagan comes to the North Van waterfront this week.
The Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier and the Okanagan Valley's Hester Creek Winery are teaming up to offer an evening of food and wine in the Lobby Restaurant and Lounge on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 6: 30 p.m.
Hotel executive chef Joel Green will prepare a six-course dinner to complement the expertly crafted wines of Hester Creek winemaker Robert Summers. Guests will join Summers along with Hester Creek general manager, Mark Sheridan, and special guest Jurgen Gothe, food and wine commentator, as they reveal the nuances and subtleties of each wine and menu pairing.
Tickets are $79 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and include the six course dinner and wines hand-picked from the celebrated cellars of Hester Creek Estate Winery.
