North Vancouver's Roz Best joined 300 cycling enthusiasts and event volunteers Sept. 7-8, for the B.C. Lung Association's 29th Bicycle Trek for Life and Breath (Trek).
According to a press release, Trek is a two-day, 200-kilometre cycling fundraiser in support of lung health research, programs and clean air initiatives.
This year's event raised more than $200,000, building upon the $5.8 million previously raised by Trekkers during the event's 29-year history.
Best raised more than $1,200 to support the lung association.
