Worried that the postal strike and ensuing backlog might delay letters sent to Santa, some secret elves in North Van set up a special drop box

A few North Shore secret elves deserve some kudos for jumping into action during the postal strike and ensuing backlog.

Worried that letters to Santa weren’t getting through because of the strike, they set up a connection to the Big Man in North Vancouver. All you have to do is drop your child’s letter off at the decorated mailbox at 1398 Winton Ave. by Dec. 20 and you’ll get a response from Santa hand-delivered back to you before Dec. 25.

Make sure your child’s name and return address are on the letter, and Merry Christmas!
