Firefighters Steve Vanderhoek, Mark Farrally and Jeff McCutcheon give 14-year-old Skyler Stringer a hands-on tour of the City of North Vancouver fire hall on 13th Street. During his visit, Stringer accepted a $9,000 donation on behalf of Muscular Dystrophy Canada. Members of the North Vancouver City Fire Department raised the money during a Boot Drive in September. Firefighters across Canada have been supporting Muscular Dystrophy Canada since 1954 and have raised more than $85 million to date.
