Ninety-four-year-old local music legend Dal Richards, pictured with West Vancouver Youth Band members Celena Wu and Alexander Neill, will be the guest conductor at the WVYB Symphonic Band’s fundraising concert Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon, Feb. 23, 2 p.m. at Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver.
