Metro Vancouver residents were treated to a breathtaking double rainbow following some heavy rainfall this week.
Locals took to social media Tuesday (Oct. 26) evening to share images and videos of the colourful manifestation juxtaposed against the cloudy skies.
The rainbow followed a rainfall warning issued by Environment Canada that called for up to 50 mm of rain this week.
In June 2021, locals also shared images of a breathtaking double rainbow that curved triumphantly above Metro Vancouver on a cloudy day.
