Adoptable pet of the week: Bonded bunnies Garth and Galinda

Adoptable pet of the week features animals at BC SPCA West Vancouver that are in need of a forever home

Meet these two exceptionally charming and intelligent rabbits, Garth and Galinda. These two stunning white fluffy buns are very social and interactive.

They instantly get excited when they see you enter the room, and will run over and stand up on their hind legs to get your love and attention. Once you gain their trust, they will even give you a nudge and put their front feet on your legs.

Having yummy treats in your hands is a big bonus for them, as they are super food motivated. They love fresh hay, greens and food pellets.

These beautiful buns are bonded, so they will need to go to their new home together, as they truly love each other.

When they are not munching on something nice or taking a snooze, they can be found exploring, playing with boxes, jumping on top of boxes, chasing each other, or doing binkies!

Both rabbits are still learning to solely use their litterboxes, and are still in litterbox training mode.

Garth and Galinda have been in care for 389 days and are still looking for a home. If you are interested or think you could be the right fit for them, drop by BC SPCA West Vancouver to visit during business hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 12 to 3 p.m.) or call the shelter at 604-922-4622.
